VAW Systems is the industry leading designer and manufacturer of industrial noise control products. Our fan silencers are aerodynamically designed to be directly mounted to any fan. Filter boxes, hoods and other duct fittings are matched to meet the system performance requirements and any specialty finishes.
Inlet and Discharge Silencers
Rectangular, Elbow and Circular silencers are designed for direct mounting to any centrifugal or axial fan. VAW Systems also supplies Stack Insert Silencers and Engine - Blow-off - Vent Silencers. For a fan application with high tonal levels, Tuned-Resonant and Tuned-Absorptive (hybrid) Silencers are available.
Acoustic Enclosures and Barrier Systems
Many industrial fans and related equipment (engines, pumps, coolers, etc.) require significant noise reductions from casing radiated sound emissions. VAW Systems designs and builds high performance acoustic enclosures and barrier systems that will meet both occupational and environmental noise ordinances.
Single and double wall systems are integrated with an access door system, silenced ventilation opening(s), structural support bases and a wide variety of surface finishes. Acoustic enclosures may be fully-assembled from the factory or shipped in components for final field assembly.
Filter Box - Hoods - Duct and Flex Connectors
Inlet filter houses are easily integrated into any VAW Systems inlet silencer. Options include 1 to 4-sided filter inlets and filtration performance from MERV 1 to 16 (pre-filters and final-filters).
Select from a variety of hoods for weather protection on any installation in the horizontal or vertical plane. Hoods may include built-in rain louvers or acoustic louvers, if required.
As a single source for your noise control installation, VAW Systems provides customduct sections, transitions, spool fittings and flexible connectors (standard, high temperature and acoustic flexes).
Other noise control accessories include flow measurement probes (including high temperature applications), acoustic shrouds and custom coatings, including electrostatic and airless paint applications.
